In this study, 327 high school students were tested on their opinions about suicide. Responses were analyzed in connection with attitudes toward mental illness, cries for help, religion, & incurable disease. As well, the study provides information on the number of students who have considered suicide, attempted suicide, or knew someone who had committed suicide. (VM)
