This article discusses the moral & legal ramifications of assisted suicide & euthanasia. The authors outline common law & recent case law on these issues, as well as their implications for issues like autonomy and privacy. The legal implications of assisted suicide, with particular emphasis on the role of assisted suicide would cause many problems, including putting pressure on the dusabled & elderly, among others, to forego medical care.
