This article is written by a high school student who is a part of the Ohio Future Homemakers of America. She tells about a program they have developed called “TAP into Life!”. The program uses teens to help other teens cope with stress through responsible decison making. TAP workshops include role playing, brainstorming, & self-expression exercises. Participants learn that they can use 5 basic sources to help them deal with stress: family, friends, self, religious faith, & professional help.
