This article details the case of a youth who phoned a crisis centre threatening suicide & homicide & reporting hallucinations & delusions. Although he & his family denied he needed psychiatric help, he eventually was placed into an Adult Unit for 90 days. He finally admitted his father had sexually abused him. (VM)
