This brief article reports on a study which found that 1 out of 4 runaway teenagers eventually attempt suicide. The researchers also found suicidal tendencies were more prevalent among youths who exhibited both symptoms of depression & repeated behavioural problems, such as expulsion or suspension from school, stealing or lying.
