These include patient’s acts of violence, patient suicides, patient injuries that result from negligent treatment, faulty initiation, process or termination of treatment & liability arising from employer, supervisory or consultative relationships. It is concluded that the best insurance against a malpractice suit remains a sensitive & effective relationship btwn doctor & patient.
