This article deals with group therapy formulated to explore intersubjective processes of adolescents & young adults whose group bonds have been fragmented by severe emotional illness. The model involves making video self-portraits that focus on various aspects of the patient’s emotional pathology. This method aided in self-disclosure & facilitated the working through of severe emotional conflicts. It may be especially useful for very disturbed patients with narcissistic self-pathology. (CM)
