Letter of Transmittal (IN: Report of the Secretary’s Task Force on Youth Suicide. Volume 1: Overview and Recommendations)

The Task Force on Youth Suicide provides the Dept. of Health & Human Services with a brief overview of youth suicide in the U.S. 4 recommendations are given: 1) quick & wide distribution of the report 2) create a focus for youth suicide within the Dept. 3) all agencies dealing with problems of youth integrate youth suicide information into both new & old programs 4) specific agencies should make youth suicide a priority & report annually on what they are doing to address the issue.
