This report details a survey conducted to clarify the need for suicide bereavement training in Alberta. The survey, designed both to see if there was a need for such training & to suggest ways in which it might be met, focused on rural & smaller urban centres. Results indicated a need for information & training relative to suicide bereavement, as well as assistance to communities in organizing & delivering service at the time of suicide bereavement.
