The Gifted Adolescent: At Risk for Suicide?

This article claims that gifted girls aged 13-15 comprise the largest category of attempted suicides & gifted teenage boys, the largest category of completed suicides. Stress is the culprit and gifted children, research suggests, are more sensitive to emotional stress than average children.
