This one-day training module presupposes no prior knowledge of suicide prevention & is aimed at participants with a variety of educational backgrounds. The intent is to sensitise participants to the issue of suicide int the aged. Demographic data relating to elderly suicides in Alberta from 1975-1985 are presented.
