DODDS – Germany. School Action Plan for Suicide Prevention

This plan is for use in schools & communities as a guide for staff training, parent awareness & classroom curriculum. Part I gives an overview of youth suicide & provides some definitions. Part II lists the steps of the School Action Plan, including prevention, intervention & postvention. Part III is an attachment section containing resources to use when implementing the school’s plans. These attachments include resources such as a profile of a suicidal adolescent & an assessment screen.
