This is part of a report of a 1986 inspection, by the Office of Inspector General (US), whose focus was to: (a) assess the extent to which Department of Health & Human Services funded programs are involved in efforts to prevent youth suicide; (b) review how selected communities are responding to the problems associated with youth suicide; & (c) identify barriers & gaps which hinder delivery of services to suicidal youth &/or their families.
