110 first admission schizophrenic patients admitted to the research department of a Swedish hospital between 1964 & 1967 were systematically investigated regarding clinical course & outcome of illness after 6-9 years. Patients diagnosed as regressive schizophrenics were compared with a non-regressive group. Findings are summarized & extensive case material is provided. 21 Refs. (LH)
