This study was undertaken to compare depression assessment tools used with an aged population. Subjects (n=40) were selected from participants of a free geriatric health screening program. Assessment tools included the GDS,BDI,& the RDI. One hypothesis tested was that since 25% of suicides occur in the over 65 age group, the Rorschach Suicide Constellation would detect suicide ideation. This hypothesis was not supported. (NBB)
