Suicide Prevention Project in Finland in 1986 to 1995: Preliminary Plan of Action (September 2, 1986)

A 3-phase project for suicide prevention is being developed in Finland to be implemented between 1986 & 1989. The target for the project is a 20% reduction in suicide mortality by 1995. Discussion of the project includes goals, structure & distribution of labour, necessary resources & data collection. (LH)
