The Windsor Board of Education has been developing a comprehensive suicide prevention program to address the increasing suicide among adolescents & children. The functions of the program include providing in-depth prevention workshops to the teachers, parents, pupils & community agencies to identify the scope of the suicide problem & to provide information about clues, perceived causes, & prevention services. The program is illustrated with a suicide case utilizing a time sequence format.
