Discusses a pilot descriptive study undertaken to assess the level of crisis intervention effectiveness with the older suicidal person. Results indicated that little specific training in intervention approaches with aged persons in crisis exists. Suggests that crisis workers need to gear intervention with the aged to a more global view of available resources. (LH)
