Karcher C J
A preliminary investigation of the relationship between various types of industrial settings & stress-related causes of death, with special emphasis on suicidal death. The Normative Integration theory (which states that the greater the number of individuals who share the same norms, the greater will be their ability to modify the dominant structure of society) is developed. Significant findings & patterns of relationships between suicide & specific industrial configurations are discussed.
