An Interdisciplinary Supervised Student Program Focused on Depression and Suicide Awareness

Peer counselling has a long & successful history as evidenced by organizations like Alcoholics Anonymous & Weight Watchers. This article describes an adolescent peer counselling program initiated in the Ridgewood School System. The essential elements of the program, program goals, evaluation, & dissemination of materials & services are discussed. (NBB)
