Discussed are commonly held myths about suicidal behavior in children & adolescents. The author alerts educators to clues to suicidal behavior: a reduction in weight, loss of motivation, reduced grade levels, inability to concentrate at school, a shift in extreme forms of behavior, & giving away of prized possessions.
