Analyzed is the relationship of criminal law to a person who has decided to commit suicide. Five categories are discussed: suicide, attempted suicide, aiding & abetting & advising suicide, suicide pacts, & accidental death of another during a suicide attempt. In each area is an examination of U.S. law, reference to sociological & psychiatric knowledge & and analysis of the proper relationaship of the law to each act,together with suggested changes. (NBB)
