Article presents an analysis of suicide in the context of opposing appellate briefs, in the hope that the realism of the adversary system will provide an unusual perspective on the question of suicide. The focus is on suicide in relation to the U.S. first amendment right to free exercise of religion & the 9th amendment right to privacy. (1975)
