When a suicide occurs, survivors attempt to determine the reason their loved one has taken his life so dramatically. Inevitably, feelings of guilt surface. The repression of guilt may manifest in neurotic behavior, resulting in the establishment of a circle of self-destructive actions. The author believes trained crisis workers can effectively intervene in this area. (NBB)
