Tishler states that the discussion of suicidal acts is extremely difficult yet important. He suggests that schools should include a discussion of suicide in the education curriculum as part of a death-education unit. Included in this chapter are discussions of warning signs, significance of biological changes, & other crises that may precipitate suicidal behavior. (NBB)
