A panel discussion conducted during the 17th Annual Meeting of the AAS, May 2-5, 1984. Ten cases were sent to 400 practising medical examiners; a total of 195 were returned. Results indicated the psychological autopsy had significant impact on the medical examiners subjects determination of mode of death. (note: this is a summary of the original presentation)(NBB)
