The authors discuss the case of a 17-year old female with noprevious medical or psychiatric illness who swallowed 75 capsules (100 mg.) of disopramide & survived. She was treated with dopamine but no anti-arrhythmic agents and, despite cardiographic abnormalities which were observed, made satisfactory recovery. (NBB)
