This article covers a court case in which a man suffering from chronic back pain due to on the job activity, suddenly committed suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Questions arise as to whether or not Workman’s Compensation may be distributed to the surviving spouse. Case histories along the same vein are examined & discussed.
