This article depicts partial life history and background information on a patient who was referred by the court for psychiatric evaluation and therapy after he had been arrested for voyeurism & placed on probation with the condition that he agree to the referral. Other presenting problems included recurrent depression with strong suicidal wishes, marked obesity, marital disharmony, & sociopathic behaviour. (7 ref.)
