Childhood Parental Loss, Suicidal Ideation, and Suicidal Behavior (IN: The Child in His Family, ed. by F J Anthony)

The purpose of this paper is to describe an hypothesis concerning the relationship between early parental loss & the development of suicidal ideas & behavior. It includes a review of the relevant literature on the subject & reports on preliminary research findings of a project which has been specifically designed to test aspects of the hypothesis.
