Case report of a 13-year-old white male. Included is a description of antecedents to the hanging, physical description of the location of the incident, medical description of the patient’s condition once hospitalized & hypothesis that the hanging was accidental. The article suggests the hanging was sexually motivated due to perceived heightened sensations during masterbation and ejaculation caused by neck constriction. Medical explanations of perceived sensations are described.
