Teen Line: Just Between Teens

This brochure gives a brief background of the Distress Centre in Calgary. In 1983, the Teen Line was initiated to reach out to those adolescents who find it difficult to use traditional services. The trained volunteers on this line are adolescents themselves; when necessary, crisis backup is available from senior line workers & the Centre’s professional staff.
