This study explores the impact of a child’s death through suicide on members of the community. This is a followup of a previous study conducted by Calhoun, Selby & Faulstich (1980). Study concludes that parents who suffer the agony of having a child commit suicide will subsequently face the added psychological stress of societal blame & reduced social support. (TC)
