Chemical analysis is discussed in connection with four fatal chloroquine poisonings. Identification and quantitation of the poison extracted from the organs was performed by thin-layer chromatography, ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy. This paper is to present detailed data on distribution of the poison in various organs.
