A teenage suicide prevention program involving the establishment of a highly visible, voluntary, cost-effective, school-based team of faculty & students who would be competent in the recognition, assessment, & management of crisis situations if briefly described. Content of initial all-day training sessions & additional weekly training sessions is outlined. (LH)
