This paper examines the data of the seasonal incidence & patterns of suicide for 13 consecutive years in New Hampshire. It was found that suicides correlate significantly with admissions, but not significantly with barometric pressure & deaths. The number of admissions & suicides follow an almost identical pattern of increase during the winter to a peak in the spring. They decline gradually during the summer & fall. (9 Refs.)
