This paper reports on a 33 year old single woman who committed neonaticide. The psychopathology of the offence is reviewed. The author warns of the possibilities of repetition of the offence, an eventually which was most likely averted at the end of her third pregnancy, subsequent to the one which ended in neonaticide.
