76 minors, under 18, who committed suicide during the years 1960-1974 were examined. The authors report the methods used to commit suicide and the major motives. More than half hanged themselves. Personal problems, illness & family conflicts were the principal motives. Prior suicide attempts were made in 13 cases & in 10 others oral declarations of suicide were made.
