Using statistical research Cantor identifies prominent personality characteristics of college-age female suicide attempters. Characteristics are contrasted with those of college-age females professing both frequent & infrequent ideation. Variables studied include affiliation, nurturance, succorance, endurance & aggression. Perception of patents as the major source of anger coupled with unsatisfied high succorance needs mark the attempters group.(TG)
