10 States have enacted Right to Die or “Living Will” laws that give legal recognition to an individual’s advance declaration directing the withholding of life-sustaining measures in the event of terminal illness or injury. The first & second segments contain a general discussion of right to die legislation, & moral & legal implications of such legislation.
