Findings from a 35 year study of a normal population in rural Sweden showed very strong relationships between completed suicide, history of mental illness, and depression are cited findings interpreted as consistent with those of English and American studies. Among cohort (H=3563) three degrees of impairment were designated. Completed suicide strongly related to degree of impairment technique and methodology employed are seen as impressive.
