This article discusses young people ages 16-25 who are generally reffered to as “street people”. The author proposes the development of a residential, rehabilitative program for these street people, which will help eliminate their self-destructive & criminal behavior. Discusses the philosophy of the program as well as measures used to define success. Provides a model for a research program integrated into an ongoing rehabilitative function.
