Attitudes toward suicide & death across 2 generations were studied in order to explain increasing suicide rates among youth. Findings indicate that the younger generation hold more accepting attitudes towards suicide & death than does their parental generation. Also suggests that attitudes & values towards suicide can shift within a generation.
