The Relationship Between Suicidal Behavior in Female Adolescents and the Lack of Empathic Capacity and Differention on the Part of the Mother (Micro HV 6546 H68 1981)

An examination of the suicidal female adolescent in the context of the interpersonal relationship with the mother and specifically the suicidal phenomenon as an inadequate resolution of the individuation phase of early childhood. Data from three groups totalling 44 adolescents and their mothers were evaluated using the Peebles Personality Checklist. (KB)
