Responds to an article by C.T. Asimos & D.H. Rosen that reported the success of therapy groups for depressed & suicidal persons. Although the present author had mentioned depression & suicidal tendencies as contraindications for group therapy, this was in reference to heterogeneous groups. The author agrees with Asimos and Rosen concerning homogeneous groups for suicidal or depressed people.
