This study reveals a cluster of eight adolescent and young adult Indian suicides. Data is obtained by interviews with family members, and from police, coroner, hospital, probate and correctional records. Victims are marked by negative self esteem, social isolation, conflict, overdependence, family discord, loss of family support, alcohol abuse, hopelessness, culture conflict, lack of identity resolution & malignant influences.
