There were 142 prolonged psychochotic reactions, 63 prolonged non-psychotic reactions, 11 spontaneous reoccurences (of the LSD experience), 4 attempted & 1 completed homicide, & 19 attempted & 11 completed suicides. The backgrounds of each completed suicide victim, & some of those who attempted, are described. Most of the victims were already mentally ill before taking the LSD.(VM)
