In this paper, we look at how Magellan Health Services matched people to available and accessible crisis services, law enforcement as partners in mobile crisis services, follow-up after crisis, and the role of public health campaigns in the care continuum. We also examine the roles of technology and people with Lived Experience in crisis services, and how hospital collaboratives can reduce hospital readmissions.
