Question for AFN Candidate Chiefs

Due to the upcoming Assembly of First Nations (AFN) elections, the Centre for Suicide Prevention posed a question to Candidate Chiefs- “How do you see a very real effort (for suicide prevention) being made for your people, our people?”

Here’s the full message: 
Greetings,
The Centre for Suicide Prevention would like to know if Suicide Prevention is seen as a priority in your health care portfolio. Some areas of our country seem particularly vulnerable due to isolation, few resources, and in some cases, mismanagement of funds. 

How do you see a very real effort being made for your people, our people?
